How long has Generations been in business? Generations was founded in 1994 and is nationally recognized. Agent has over 18 years of agency experience & working with children. Generations is licensed & bonded with the State of California & is franchised with SAG & AFTRA unions.

How is Generations different from other agencies? A reputation of reliability has created industry credibility & opportunities for it's talent in all forms of work.  Generations understands its valuable contribution to the industry & this is reflected in the level of service provided to clients & the variety of work opportunities made available.

Do I have to pay any fees to get started? No fees are required to submit, interview or sign with a state licensed talent agency. Commissions are deducted from work completed. Personal investment in marketing materials (ie. headshots & online database files) are paid by models & actors directly to vendors approved by the agency.

Do I need to have professional pictures in order to be considered for representation? Professional photos are not required in order to first submit to the agency. If you are signed, however, the agency does require professional photos to be taken, headshots printed & online files set up. Photographer & printer referrals will be given at that time.

What kinds of jobs can I expect my child to be sent on? Some children are ideal candidates for print, while others are more appropriate for commercial or film work. Marketability is determined during initial interview & subsequent readings.

When are jobs and what amount of notice am I given? Calls from the agency are for assignments the very next day. The nature of the business does not allow for more notice. Talent must have a very flexible weekday schedules & carry a wireless phone that is on all the time. All represented talent must  live within the greater Bay Area of California, as most assignments are located in San Francisco. Depending upon your current marketability & the seasonal flow of work opportunities, you could be called each week for several weeks in a row!
